This will be a short writeup of a movie called "Wasao". I really wanted to catch this movie after watching the trailer:



I even prepared packets of tissue and was ready to cry a few buckets of tears but in the end, I didn't.

The movie was quite a disappointment even the scenes were beautifully shot. It really brought out the beauty of Japan but sadly the emotions and characters were not fully developed and the transitions were quite poorly done. I also felt that there was a few redundant scenes.

However, if I knew that this movie was based on a real story while watching it, I might have cried... T.T
