As mentioned in the previous entry, here are the photos from the Lolita shoot last weekend.

First of all, I would like to apologise to both Cheryl and Zwei for being extremely late because I got lost (what's new?) somewhere along the way. I'm sorry you guys had to wait in the hot sun for an hour ☹

Getting lost was just the beginning of my bad luck streak that day. One of my eyes was darker and appears way larger than the other (refer to photo at the end of the post). I further edited the photo to get rid of uneven eyes, so yes all of the photos were photoshopped, with the exception of the last photo of course. The weather wasn't very forgiving either but I'm so glad Zwei was our photographer. The pictures are beyond lovely. Thank you so much!

P.S. The lashes are Decorative Lash Play Sexy #3 and Dolly Wink 12, if anybody was wondering at all.

Cheryl and I met up for (yet another) shoot for our Lolita costumes over the weekends. Our outfit differs slightly from the previous photoshoot/ Cosfest even though our dresses were the same. I'm looking forward to receiving the photos from Zwei! ☺

Cheryl and I decided on a photo shoot to sum up our Lolita experience after Cosfest. We are both using a different wig from before (I lost the previous one LOL) and I love Cheryl's blonde wig! I should probably get one for myself haha.

Other than the wig, I also lost the bow I used previously so I had to try and make one the night before. I only had white cloth to work with but luckily my sister was around to help me paint matching floral prints on it. Thank you! We managed to finish the bow even though I'm a total idiot with it comes to sewing haha.





How did Cheryl manage to look so glamorous after a shoot?!?!
The shoot was at the Botanic Garden and probably because it is new year's eve, the place was filled with families, couples, tourists etc. and we got stared at a lot hahahaha. This is the first photo shoot in public for me so I can't help but feel out of place.

Despite that, we still had lots of fun and I really like how the photos turned out! Thank you "photographer of the day" Evangeline for helping us out with the shoot!

I haven't been cosplaying for the longest longest time (Well, this isn't exactly a cosplay but ok) so I was pretty excited for Cosfest this year as I will be attending in a lolita dress!

However, I eventually realised that I don't fit the demure lolita style. It was so awkward for me to pose and I always end up shouting at my sister whenever I want to bitch about how uncomfortable my shoes are hahaha!
This is also the first time I've tried to put on false lashes since forever and thus the overly droopy eyes. I have no idea why I couldn't smile properly for photos either :(
But thankfully, I guess everything went alright!!

I met qt Jennifer during Cosfest but we only managed to take a polaroid together fml! Visit her blog for the photo!!

Thank you Cheryl (♥) for inviting me to join you this year for Cosfest!! She was sooooo cute in her pink dress! Also, thank you Cheryl's boyfriend for the photos of us! The both of you are too sweet together. Stop it ok!!!

Comifest actually took place quite sometime ago and I'm only posting the photos now because school sucks. It's finally the March holidays and I get to rest for 3 days. :/

Sharon wanted to do decora and suggested that we go to the event together~ So I turned my room upside down looking for decora-like stuff. Well apparently, my decora was not really well done cause I had too little clips and accessories. D:

The event was half wedding half cosplay and it's like weird. The venue was also quite small compared to other events and that explains the "crowded" part. :/
Despite all its shortcomings, I enjoyed myself and my first decora attempt!

I guess I won't be going back to decora anymore~
